The KOMISON KMS-IEM420 UHF MONO Wireless In Ear Monitor System is designed for stage performance, speech, studio, and other big and important live & events. It features 80 adjustable frequencies to provide a clear and stable audio signal transmission without latency.
Bodypack and Transmitter Function Details: 1. Frequency interference may cause static, distorted, or noisy sound, as well as cutting-off issues. To resolve this, adjust the bodypack and transmitter to a new frequency. 2. Check if all the cables are properly connected. 3. Ensure the user is within the operating range. 4. Replace the batteries of the bodypack and test again.
If there is no sound from the transmitter/receiver (bodypack/beltpack): 1. Check if the earphone is working and properly connected. Try a different earphone. 2. Adjust the volume on the transmitter. 3. Verify that the transmitter and bodypack are on the same frequency (channel).
If you experience static sound or the sound quality is not as expected: 1. The IEM system must be connected to other systems, such as a music player (or other music source), audio mixer, amplifier, or microphone. Check the settings and cables of the related systems and test again. 2. Change to a professional IEM earphone.
